VIRTUOSO LIFE Recognized in 12 Categories in the Annual North American Travel Journalists Association Competition

VIRTUOSO LIFE was honored with 12 awards during the recent 2008 North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA) competition.   As always, VIRTUOSO LIFE is keeping good company with the likes of Travel & Leisure, National Geographic, National Geographic Traveler, Outside Go, Smart Money, Coastal Living, and other esteemed consumer travel magazines.

NATJA awarded VIRTUOSO LIFE  1st Place in the following categories:

• Best Cover Photo (January/February 2008 issue)
• Best Cruise Story (‘Breaking the Ice’ by Kimberly Brown-Seely)
• Best Culinary Feature (‘Dinner with Florence’ by Justin Paul)
• Best Local Lifestyle Article (‘Festive Revival’ by Jeff Greenwald)

NATJA also recognized VIRTUOSO LIFE for:

• Best Travel Magazine (March/April 2008 issue)
• Best Cover Photo (September/October 2008 issue)
• Destination Travel Story:  International – 4 Awards

The North American Travel Journalists Association is the premier professional association of writers, photographers, editors, and tourism professionals dedicated to promoting the travel industry.
Additionally, all three Virtuoso Publications (VIRTUOSO LIFE, VIRTUOSO INSIGHTS, and BEST OF THE BEST) have been nominated for prestigious Maggie Awards from the Western Publications Association.  Winners will be announced next month.
